Enable Sideloading, if not already done.
1. Go to the Settings menu -> Security
2. Turn on Unknown Sources, if not on already.

Install Fiat Lux.
1. Go to the files you were given and tap FiatLux.Android.apk.
2. Follow the prompts to install or update FiatLux.
